Crafted from Uva Americana grapes grown in the sunny valley of Vallemaggia, this rosato gains its fine bubbles near Zurich through the Metodo Tradizionale. A sparkling wine shaped by origin, craft, and a love for doing things a little differently.
The Uva Americana grapes ripen in sun and mountain air. After harvest, the wine travels north to finish its second fermentation near Zurich, where fine bubbles slowly form.
The label (illustrated by Nina Egli) shows the church of Moghegno with its clock set to six — the hour of aperitivo. A small reminder that somewhere, it’s always time to open a bottle.
Made for everyone who loves Uva Americana – and for those who simply want to serve something other than Champagne. For aperitivo lovers, curious drinkers, and hosts who enjoy opening bottles without waiting for a reason.
