WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF YOUR CERAMICS?

OUR CERAMICS ARE HANDCRAFTED BY SKILLED ARTISANS IN PUGLIA, USING TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES THAT HAVE BEEN PASSED DOWN THROUGH GENERATIONS.

ARE YOUR CERAMICS EXACTLY AS SHOWN ONLINE?

PLEASE NOTE, ALL OUR CERAMICS ARE HANDMADE, HAND PAINTED, AND UNIQUE. VARIATIONS IN SIZE, GLAZE, COLOR, BRUSH STROKES, AND TEXTURE ARE NATURAL AND REFLECT THE ARTISANAL PROCESS. WE CELEBRATE THESE IMPERFECTIONS AS PART OF THE CHARM OF HANDMADE ITEMS. THEREFORE, THE ITEM YOU RECEIVE MAY NOT BE IDENTICAL TO WHAT IS SHOWN ONLINE.

ARE YOUR CERAMICS DISHWASHER SAFE?

CERAMICS WITHOUT A GOLD RIM ARE DISHWASHER SAFE. HOWEVER, THOSE WITH A GOLD RIM SHOULD BE HAND WASHED TO PRESERVE THE DELICATE DETAILING AND PREVENT DAMAGE.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?

WE STRIVE TO PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS PLACED BY 11 AM ON THE SAME DAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11 AM WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

NO, WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLAND DUE TO HIGH CUSTOMS DUTIES AND SHIPPING COSTS. WE ARE WORKING ON FINDING SOLUTIONS TO OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IN THE FUTURE.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE, PROVIDED THE CERAMICS ARE UNUSED. PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS CAN ONLY BE MADE IN PERSON; WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BY MAIL DUE TO THE INCREASED RISK OF BREAKAGE. ADDITIONALLY, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
